How to Securely Connect Your Exchange API

Connecting your exchange to RadixAI is a straightforward process designed with absolute security in mind. We never require deposit or withdrawal permissions.

1. Generate an API Key

Log in to your preferred exchange (e.g., Binance, Coinbase Pro, or Kraken). Navigate to the API Management section in your account settings and select "Create New API Key."

2. Configure Permissions (CRITICAL)

When setting the permissions for your new API key, you must strictly adhere to the following:

  • Read Information: ENABLED (Required for the AI to see your balance and open positions)
  • Enable Trading: ENABLED (Required for the AI to execute orders)
  • Enable Withdrawals: DISABLED (Never enable this. We do not want access to your funds.)

3. Connect to RadixAI

Copy the API Key and the Secret Key. Go to your RadixAI Dashboard, click "Connect Exchange", select your provider, and paste the keys securely. Once verified, the AI agents will begin monitoring your account.
