IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and RadixAI. Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.

1. Non-Custodial Software Provision

RadixAI provides algorithmic trading software as a service. We do not provide asset management services. We operate strictly on a non-custodial basis via exchange APIs. We never ask for, require, or accept withdrawal permissions to your exchange accounts. You retain full control and custody of your digital assets and fiat currency at all times.

2. Service Interruptions & Liability

RadixAI relies on third-party exchange APIs (e.g., Binance, Coinbase) and third-party data providers. We are not liable for any missed trades, financial losses, or system failures resulting from:

• Exchange API downtime or rate-limiting.
• Network latency or internet service provider outages.
• Server maintenance or unexpected software bugs.

You agree to use the software "as is" and acknowledge that automated trading carries inherent technological risks.

3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Specifically, any attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithmic models, exploit the platform, or use the service for illegal activities (including money laundering or market manipulation) will result in an immediate permanent ban and potential legal action.
